Hey Ambitious Solopreneur – How to set up your business for success and rock it, without killing yourself in the process!

Are you:

  • Running a business but overwhelmed by all the things you should focus on? You’re trying to be all things to all people, and your to-do list is seriously out of control. Everyone tells you that social media is important to grow your business but you seem to be spending longer on Facebook than dealing with clients. Don’t even get you started on Google Plus and Pinterest!
  • Working longer and harder to keep on top of things? You spend your evenings ‘just catching up on a couple of things’ whilst your other-half tries in vain to have a conversation with you. You’ve not heard a thing they’ve said as you’re involved in an interesting conversation on Twitter, which just may be important to your business (or not!).
  • Tired of making less than you deserve? You know you’re got some clients who aren’t that profitable, in fact they take up a lot of your time and are a pain in the arse, but they’ve been with you for so long now, you don’t like to say no.
  • Frustrated that you never have time to think about your business strategy, never mind put together a business plan? You’re far too busy making sure all your customers and suppliers are happy to think about your own business. One day you’ll free up that afternoon that you keep promising, and you’ll do some planning. Maybe. The problem is other stuff just keeps coming up doesn’t it?
  • Struggling to take any time off from your business and feeling burnt out? You know you need to work hard so you just need to put up with those headaches you keep getting. You’d love to take a holiday at some point. Maybe you’ll manage to fit in a long weekend away this year, while you secretly envy your friends who get ‘paid’ holiday leave where they can switch off and relax.

It can be frustrating and lonely running your own business.

Your independent streak means you hate asking for help.

You find yourself lying in bed at night trying to figure out what it is you need to do, to finally get the lifestyle you want. Wasn’t that why you set up your own business?

You know deep down that you have what it takes to make this work, but there’s an element of self-doubt starting to creep in. Those voices telling you that maybe you’re just not good enough, or that nobody wants what you have to sell, or perhaps you will be ‘found out’ and everyone will realise you’ve been blagging it.

Time to shut those voices up and start doing something about it. It’s time to finally live up to the success that you know you can be.

You’re smart. You’re capable. You can do this.

The hard truth is that most business owners fail as they don’t reach out to get the support they need.

1 in 3 start-up businesses fail in the first 2 years, and only 44% survive to 4 years.

Sometimes we all just need someone to help show us the way, hold us accountable and be there to support and believe in us.

What if I could share with you my 5 step roadmap that would show you the way? A step by step guide plus accountability, and all alongside an amazing group of business owners just like you.

I’m Alison Bradford and I work with smart, ambitious small business owners to get them clear on what they need to be doing to grow their business and be productive and profitable.

My coaching helps them to improve their processes and get better organised, bringing more customers to their business and giving them the time for what they really want to do.

Why am I qualified to do this? I spent 12 years working in telecoms, originally training as an accountant and then moving into project management and business planning as Head of Business Improvement in Vodafone for their sales areas. I then spent a couple of years delivering projects sponsored at board level for Swinton Insurance.

Along the way I had 2 daughters (currently 5 and 2) and realised that I didn’t want to be spending 3 hours commuting each day, and I was tired of the office politics. I loved the people interaction and delivering results from my role, however, I craved something where I could still use my brain and skills to make a difference in a commercial world and be able to fit this around my family.

And hey presto, here I am! I love being able to use my commercial background in large organisations, and combine this with my business coaching expertise to make a difference to small businesses. I focus on delivering value and take a pragmatic, no fluff approach i.e. cut out all the red-tape and BS and concentrate on the juicy stuff that delivers results!

How does it work?

I will be there to support you 100% throughout your journey on this bootcamp but I cannot do the work for you.

How much does it cost?

The total value of this bootcamp is £360 but your investment for this programme is just £295 – what benefits do you need to see in your business to triple this?

What if I can’t make all of the webinars?

They will all be recorded so no worries if you can’t make them all live – you’ll be able to listen back later.

“Coaching helped me with lots of practical things, however the bigger picture of coaching is that it made me see that all my problems have a solution, but also that the solutions can be easy to do, simple to fit into a busy life, and low cost or even free! After a coaching session with Alison I felt back in control, and motivated to get cracking! I also felt that she was genuinely interested in me as a person and a business owner, clued up on my needs, and really proud when things really worked! To someone thinking about coaching I would say do not hesitate! Sometimes you think it will all just work out if you had more time, and sometimes it seems as if you know the answers so why would talking it through help….but truth is, it does help, it opens new ideas and thought streams and makes everything seem possible and exciting again. It is worth every minute and every penny.” Kate Owen http://yogamepregnancyyoga.wordpress.com/
